Key Responsibilities Processing of quotes and invoices Capturing and processing supplier bills Assisting with general accounting and administrative duties Following up on account queries where required Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation Preparing Daily payments Schedules & Sending out proof of payments Any Adhoc tasks Daily reconciliation of customer accounts Minimum Requirements Basic bookkeeping/accounting knowledge Experience with accounting software (Xero experience will be advantageous) Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Previous experience in an accounts/admin environment will be beneficial Personal Attributes Trustworthy and reliable Willing to learn and grow Team player Professional and well organised Salary : Annual package of R180 000 R240 000, depending on experience.
