About the Role
The Finance Business Partner will be 2IC to an experienced Financial Manager at Authentic Life Connections. This exceptional opportunity is ideal for someone looking to learn and develop while working on interesting projects in a forward-looking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Financial Manager in day-to-day finance activities
- Contribute to finance and business projects as required
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Support automation and reporting enhancements
- Work across multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Support divisional teams with financial insights and performance analysis
- Assist in aligning operational activities with financial targets
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Provide input into decision making through financial analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for business cases, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assist in translating business activities into financial outcomes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly reports, including variance analysis
- Track performance against budgets and highlight key movements
- Support improvements in reporting accuracy and timelines
- Support the Financial Manager in maintaining accurate financial records
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and IFRS
- Assist with audit preparation and queries
- Help identify and address control gaps where needed
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (SA) / CA(SA) / CIMA / CFA
Financial modelling and analysis
Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and reporting
Enjoys working on multiple projects
ERP systems experience; Power BI or equivalent analytics tools advantageous
Advanced Excel (non-negotiable)

Salary & Benefits
R 800 000 – R 1 000 000 per annum + incentives
