About the Role As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients to solve industry-specific challenges through business analysis, data analytics, process improvement, and technology-enabled solutions. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders, contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives, and help financial institutions improve decision-making through better use of data, systems, and processes. Key Responsibilities Analyse and solve complex business and industry-specific problems Conduct business analysis and document detailed requirements Perform data analysis, data mining, and data validation on large datasets Document business, functional, and technical requirements for system implementations Design and implement management reports and BI dashboards Work with technical tools and programming languages to support project delivery Compile reports, presentations, and client deliverables Engage with senior stakeholders and manage client expectations Support data management and regulatory initiatives within financial institutions Continuously develop business, technical, and industry expertise What You’ll Bring Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field 2 years of experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or consulting Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Subject matter knowledge within banking and/or insurance Understanding of financial services regulatory risk, including credit risk, liquidity risk, and market risk Experience working with large datasets and data management frameworks Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Technical proficiency with SQL, SAS, Python, and/or Business Intelligence tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Previous consulting experience within banking or insurance Experience implementing BCBS 239 or data governance frameworks Postgraduate qualification CFA, FRM, or other relevant professional certifications Experience with data engineering, risk management, or regulatory reporting initiatives What’s On Offer Exposure to prestigious banking and insurance clients Accelerated career growth and development opportunities Extensive training and professional certification support Mentorship from experienced industry leaders Competitive remuneration package Opportunity to work on mission-critical transformation projects Dynamic and collaborative consulting environment Company Culture This is a people-centric consulting environment that places significant emphasis on growth, learning, and collaboration.
