Digital Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and converting digital sales opportunities across all online and inbound channels. This role ensures that: All inbound leads are captured, allocated, and actioned efficiently Sales teams (agents & call centre) are fed with quality, timely leads Digital channels are actively contributing to measurable sales growth There is full visibility, tracking, and accountability across the digital sales pipeline The role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and marketing execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Lead Management & Allocation Monitor and manage all inbound leads from: WhatsApp Facebook / Instagram Website enquiries Call centre inflows Ensure immediate allocation of leads to the correct consultant/agent Maintain lead tracking logs (daily & weekly) Ensure no lead goes unattended B. Sales Coordination Coordinate between: Digital leads Call centre Track: Contact attempts Conversion progress Final policy inception Escalate non-performance or delays in lead handling C. Performance Tracking & Reporting Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards Track: Leads received Leads allocated Conversion rates Sales per channel Provide traffic-light reporting (Red/Amber/Green) on performance Highlight: Underperformance Bottlenecks Opportunities for improvement D. Campaign Execution Support Work with Marketing Coordinator to: Launch campaigns (social media, WhatsApp, etc.) Track performance of campaigns in real-time Provide feedback on: Lead quality Conversion effectiveness Assist in refining targeting and messaging based on results E. CRM & Systems Management Ensure all leads and sales activity are correctly captured in: CRM system Monitor: Data accuracy Lead status updates Assist in improving system workflows for lead tracking and allocation F. SLA & Quality Control Enforce: Speed to contact (SLA) on all leads Proper follow-up processes Work with Shared Services on: QA feedback Lead handling quality Ensure high conversion quality and compliance standards Minimum Requirements 25 years experience in: Sales coordination / call centre / digital sales / marketing Exposure to: Insurnace/Financal Servicers CRM systems Lead management Sales reporting Technical Skills CRM systems (preferably insurance-related) Excel / reporting tools Digital platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels Core Competencies Strong organisational and coordination skills High attention to detail Data-driven mindset Strong communication skills 7.
