About the Role

The Operations Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations team at Broll Property Group’s Sandton office. The successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of routine administrative duties, including preparing reports and documents, managing contractor relationships, and maintaining effective communication with staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares weekly reports on meter status
  • Manages and reports on the offline list weekly
  • Orders new energy stock
  • Assists with minute taking as and when required
  • Maintains accurate records of Operations Managers’ diaries
  • Ensures all meetings on site are booked
  • Obtains feedback from meetings and filters through to the Property Manager
  • Compiles a database and works on additional contractor lists in rural areas
  • Responds to tenant complaints directly and keeps the Property Manager and Portfolio Executive informed
  • Assists with motivations
  • Sets up appointments with Municipality
  • Prepares monthly operations portion of management packs
  • Issues order numbers

  • Ability to use computer applications, adding machine, and telephone

Qualifications

Matric. Post high school training or education in accounting preferred.
