About the Role We are seeking a Sales Representative specializing in parts for our Audi showroom in Sandton. This role is primarily focused on providing exceptional customer service and expertise in automotive parts sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities – Engage with customers to understand their automotive parts needs and provide tailored solutions. – Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Audi parts, including features, benefits, and availability. – Process orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment. – Collaborate with the service department to identify parts requirements and assist with service-related inquiries. – Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. – Drive sales growth by actively promoting special offers and new products to customers. – Monitor inventory levels and proactively manage stock to prevent shortages or excess. – Utilize sales tracking software to document customer interactions and sales activities for reporting purposes.
