In this vital role, you will oversee financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within financial targets.
Your responsibilities will include quantifying work, preparing tender documents, managing subcontractor contracts, and performing cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and enhance your skills in quantity surveying.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on site-based roles
• Familiarity with construction contracts, particularly FIDIC and JBCC
• Experience in preparing and analyzing budgets and cost reports
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as CostX or Buildsmart
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
