Hire Resolve is excited to announce an opening for a Site Quantity Surveyor in Sandton, joining a reputable construction firm known for its innovative projects. In this vital role, you will oversee financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Quantify work
- Prepare tender documents
- Manage subcontractor contracts
- Perform cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on site-based roles
- Familiarity with construction contracts, particularly FIDIC and JBCC
- Experience in preparing and analyzing budgets and cost reports
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as CostX or Buildsmart
Qualifications
