About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Utilities Operations Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and billing support to the Utilities function, ensuring the accurate capture, maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting of utility data. This role plays a key part in supporting cost recovery processes, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, verify, and process utility billing information accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain billing records in accordance with internal controls and reporting requirements.
  • Support cost recovery processes through the accurate allocation and reconciliation of utility costs.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong administrative background with excellent organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous).
  • Previous utilities or billing experience will be beneficial, although training will be provided.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advantageous).
