About the Role
Dante Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth through new business acquisition and supporting outbound efforts. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new opportunities, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Telephonic and email correspondence with certain inbound leads
- Following up on inbound leads
- Client meetings with certain inbound leads
- Preparing proposals for new clients
- Building proposals for new clients
- Updating and maintaining OCFO CRM system
- Researching the newest business developments and sales techniques, tools, and including that in OCFO way of doing things
- Contributing to top-line revenue growth, primarily through new business from new clients and supporting outbound and conversion efforts, with the goal of reaching or exceeding sales targets
Requirements
- Marketing or Business Management Diploma/Certificate
- 5 – 8 years experience in Sales and Business Development
- Proven experience selling to founders, C-suite executives, or senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated track record of successfully selling services or other high-ticket, consultative offerings
- Strong ability to build trust, communicate value, and close meaningful deals
- Experience selling virtually in a remote or hybrid environment
- Confidence in running virtual discovery sessions and closing deals remotely
