About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Country General Manager to lead our QSR hospitality group in Rwanda, driving operational excellence and brand growth through effective leadership and financial strategies.

Requirements
- Exposure to the Rwandan market or Sub-Saharan location experience essential
- Fluency in English and/or Swahili or French – both written and verbal
- International casual restaurant or QSR specialist
- Previous experience in a similar position managing multiple outlets, ideally minimum 10-15 years
- Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA is an advantage
