About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Management professional with deep brand understanding and strong commercial capability to join our team as Head of Restaurant Ops Manager – West Africa. As a key member of our onboarding process, you will be responsible for launching new franchise groups into the country, ensuring their profitability, and driving business growth. If you have senior management experience at brands like Mugg & Bean, Tashas, News Cafe, or Bootlegger, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify sites for new franchise restaurants
- Negotiate lease agreements
- Import equipment
- Layout outlet and shopfitting installations
- Establish business licensing in the country
- Ensure profitability of each operation
Requirements
• Tertiary Diploma
• 10 years plus experience in full service franchise restaurants (NOT IN HOTELS OR QSR)
• Currently a Head of Business / Executive Operations Manager within one of the following brands:
• Mugg and Bean
• Tashas
• News Cafe
• Bootleggers
