About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Control Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Handle calls from tenants and landlords
Liaise effectively with onshore Customer Care teams, Property Managers, landlords, and tenants
Analyze data and identify opportunities to reduce arrears
Negotiate reductions in arrears balances and arrange payment plans
Prioritize a demanding workload and meet deadlines
Update notes and follow through with actions
Manage large teams effectively

Requirements
