About the Role
Join us in creating stylish, high-quality ladies’ clothing while delivering exceptional customer experiences in the heart of Cape Town! We are a dynamic ladies’ clothing design studio based in Gardens, Cape Town, seeking a talented and motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all online customer orders
- Assist walk-in customers with garment selection as well as alterations where needed
- Create and alter patterns with precision and attention to detail for customer orders
- Provide outstanding customer care, both in-person and via phone/whatsapp/email
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Support daily studio operations and collaborate closely with the design and production teams
- Maintain accurate records and use computer systems effectively for order management and communication
Requirements
- Previous experience in ladies clothing design, patternmaking, or alterations
- Solid computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Passion for fashion with a keen eye for detail and quality
- Reliable and punctual with a professional approach to customer service
