We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented professional to join our post-sales team as a Customer Success Manager. This role is ideal for a top-tier sales professional who is eager to transition from traditional inbound/outbound sales into a post-sale, consultative environment.

As a CSM, your primary goal will be to drive retention and expansion by building strong, strategic relationships with clients. This is not a passive support roleit requires a proactive approach, commercial awareness, and the ability to guide customers toward long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Retention: Proactively engage with a portfolio of customers to understand their business goals and ensure they are gaining maximum value from the platform. Retain customers at risk of churning and convert potential churn into loyalty.

  • Flex Your Sales Expertise: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio to support revenue growth.

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide consultative guidance, demonstrate product value, and help customers overcome challenges.

  • Win Back Customers: Apply persuasive skills and commercial acumen to strengthen and reinforce customer commitment.
