An award-winning concept celebrated for its artisanal approach, distinctive African culinary identity, and a menu built around fresh breads, delicate pastries, and bold, natural flavours — this is a rare opportunity for a technically accomplished pastry leader to take full ownership of a world-class pastry kitchen. You will be the creative and operational heart of our pastry department, setting the standard for excellence across plated desserts, patisserie, artisan breads, and all baked goods. Every detail — from sourcing and production to presentation and team culture — falls under your vision. What you will own Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing pastry and bakery team, building a culture of craft, discipline, and pride Deliver exceptional plated desserts, petits fours, and celebration pastries that reflect luxury standards and current global trends Oversee all artisan bread and bakery production, ensuring quality and consistency across every service Manage kitchen operations including mise en place, stock, waste control, and cost efficiency Collaborate with the wider culinary leadership team on concepts, events, and elevated guest experiences Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance at all times What we are looking for Minimum 5 years in a senior pastry role, with proven experience leading and managing a team Strong pastry background across all disciplines — this is essential, not a bonus Currently based in the UAE; candidates residing in Abu Dhabi are strongly preferred A solid understanding of the UAE hospitality industry — its standards, its guests, and its pace Established knowledge of UAE-based suppliers and the ability to source premium ingredients to the highest specification A background in fine dining, luxury hotel, or high-end all-day dining — you understand what excellence at this level demands A portfolio demonstrating creative range, technical mastery, and an eye for luxury presentation The ability to lead with calm authority — coaching and inspiring a team through high-volume, high-pressure service Commercial awareness: budgeting, wastage, yield, and cost-per-cover discipline A genuine passion for the craft and an appetite for creating memorable guest moments How to apply If you are a pastry leader ready to put your signature on something truly special, we would love to hear from you.
