Job Description

Delivery Consultant Attract and match candidates to contract or permanent positions while building long-term relationships within a specialist vertical market. Remote (South Africa). Salary: R26 000 – R35 000 p/m About Our Client The company operates in the recruitment sector, focusing on matching candidates to contract or permanent positions for their clients. They work with global brands in fast-growing sectors and utilize technology platforms such as Bullhorn and LinkedIn to facilitate performance. The Role: Delivery Consultant The purpose of this role is to attract candidates for vacancies and match them to specific contract or permanent positions. The Delivery Consultant contributes to the business by building candidate pipelines, gathering market intelligence, and supporting business development and 360 teams in generating new customers. The main focus areas include networking within vertical markets, headhunting, and managing the candidate application process from initial contact to placement. Key Responsibilities Utilize 3-5 years of experience to attract, headhunt, and refer candidates within specialist vertical markets. Plan and execute multiple sales calls to build and maintain candidate hotlists. Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts on job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn. Conduct market mapping and gather intelligence to identify trends and leads for the sales team. Manage the recruitment process by reviewing applications, interviewing, and creating shortlists for clients. Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits while guiding them through the interview process. Negotiate pay and salary rates to finalize arrangements between clients and candidates. Work toward and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billing values, or business leads. About You 3-5 years of experience in recruitment is ideally required. Experience in tech recruitment (IT, data, AI, digital, engineering, or digital marketing) or white-collar UK/US markets such as finance. Stable work history, preferably with tenures of at least two years. Competent sales skills with the ability to use questioning and closing techniques. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work without supervision and prioritize high workloads in a high-pressure environment. Goal-oriented, ambitious, and determined to succeed. Tenacious, confident, and self-motivated with the ability to problem-solve. Collaborative appetite to work within a team and go the extra mile beyond standard hours. Demonstrable commercial acumen, resilience, and customer focus.
