About the Role
The Digital Marketer & Content Creator role combines strategy, content creation, graphic design, paid advertising, community management, and website maintenance support to drive business growth through a strong digital marketing presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage monthly marketing calendars and campaign rollouts
- Create and implement paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and report on ROI and KPIs
- Assist with product launches, promotions, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns
- Research market trends, competitors, and audience insights to improve campaign performance
- Assist with influencer and collaboration campaign coordination
- Design high-quality digital creatives for Meta ads, Instagram and Facebook posts, Stories, Reels, newsletters, website banners, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
- Edit short-form video content for social media and advertising
- Create engaging educational and promotional content aligned with the brand identity
- Assist with packaging, marketing collateral, and promotional material design when required
- Manage daily activity across Instagram and Facebook
- Schedule and publish posts, Stories, and Reels
- Reply to comments, direct messages, and community interactions professionally and timeously
- Engage with followers and build brand community engagement
- Monitor trends and suggest relevant content opportunities
- Track social media growth and engagement metrics
- Design and send biweekly newsletters
- Plan email marketing campaigns and promotional mailers
- Assist with audience segmentation and email automation where applicable
- Monitor email performance metrics including open rates and conversions
- Perform occasional website updates on Shopify or relevant website platforms
- Update product pages, banners, imagery, and promotional content
- Assist with landing pages and campaign integration
- Ensure website visuals and messaging remain aligned with campaigns and branding
Requirements
- Qualification or experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
- Experience with video editing for social media
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends
- Experience with Shopify or website content management systems (advantageous)
