About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Administrator to join our 5* boutique hotel team in West Rand. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience in marketing, PR, and digital roles, with a proven track record of success in media relations & PR, influencer management & partnerships, SEO & digital marketing, social media management, corporate account management, and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and suppliers
- Conduct media relations and PR activities to promote the hotel’s brand
- Optimize website for search engines (SEO) and manage online presence
- Create and curate engaging social media content
- Manage corporate accounts and procurement processes
Requirements
- Relevant experience in marketing, PR, digital roles (hospitality/luxury/travel)
- Proven experience in media relations & PR
- Experience with influencer management & partnerships
- Knowledge of SEO & digital marketing
- Social media management skills
- Corporate account management experience
- Familiarity with procurement processes and tenders
