About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering General Manager to lead our team in a senior leadership role. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving operational performance, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering results in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate high-performing teams across various engineering disciplines
  • Drive operational performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resource planning and execution in project delivery environments
