About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering General Manager to lead our team in a senior leadership role. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving operational performance, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering results in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate high-performing teams across various engineering disciplines
- Drive operational performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resource planning and execution in project delivery environments
- Foster strong relationships with international stakeholders and teams
- Make sound decisions in a complex environment, taking ownership and operating independently
- Provide exceptional leadership, team development, and performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in senior leadership or General Management roles within an engineering or automotive-related environment
- Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration (advantageous)
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong track record of financial management and budgeting
- Experience operating within a global or multi-country business environment
