About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our luxury lodge in Greater Kruger, South Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all food and beverage operations within a luxury safari environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and consistent service standards across all F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across the property
• Ensure consistently high service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver strong performance
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team for seamless service delivery
• Manage stock control, ordering, inventory, and cost management
• Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene compliance standards
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure guest satisfaction is prioritised
• Support overall lodge operations as part of a close-knit team environment
Requirements
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Solid knowledge of stock control and cost management
Ability to thrive in a remote, live-in environment
Previous experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury lodge or hotel environment
