About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our upmarket Lodge in Bela Bela Region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a fully operational F&B department in a 4 or 5 star Hotel/Lodge environment, with a staff complement of at least 40.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall performance and profitability of the Food and Beverage Department
  • Organize and run promotions and events to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
  • Supervise and train staff to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including weekly and monthly financial statements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Managing a fully operational F&B department in a 4 or 5 star Hotel/Lodge environment
  • Hospitality Management Diploma
  • Grade 12 Matric
  • Good command of the English language
  • Advanced understanding of cost of sales & profit margins
  • Working knowledge of stock controls
