About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Food and Beverage Manager to join our luxury private island operation in the Caribbean. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences within a high-end resort environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Food and Beverage team, including training and development
- Drive exceptional guest interaction and build meaningful guest relationships
- Deliver personalised and memorable dining and beverage experiences
- Stay current with industry trends to enhance service offerings
- Implement and manage effective stock, inventory, and cost controls
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless island operations
- Uphold the highest service standards while fostering a positive and engaging team culture
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in high-end, resort-style Food and Beverage management
- At least 3 years proven experience in people management / leadership
- Previous experience within a quality 5-star resort or luxury property essential
- Extensive knowledge of beverage services, including wines, cocktails, and mocktails
- WSET Level 3 (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and high-level computer literacy
- Proven experience with inventory control and stock management

- Valid drivers licence required
Salary & Benefits
- USD 5,400 per month (Live-in)
