Live-In Position Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Curator to join a luxury safari lodge in Tanzania. This is a unique opportunity for a highly detail-oriented and guest-focused hospitality professional who is passionate about creating seamless, personalised, and unforgettable safari experiences across multiple lodge and villa operations. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination for the guest journey, ensuring every detail is anticipated, personalised, and flawlessly delivered in line with world-class luxury standards. Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in luxury hospitality (5-star lodge or hotel environment preferred) Hospitality qualification advantageous Strong background across multiple hospitality departments beneficial Exceptional attention to detail and guest care focus Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a remote environment Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards Strong administrative and computer literacy skills Valid drivers licence required Excellent English communication skills (additional languages advantageous) Key Responsibilities: Curate and oversee the full guest experience across lodges and villas Ensure seamless, intuitive, and highly personalised guest journeys Coordinate closely with all departments (management, guides, housekeeping, culinary teams) Act as central custodian of guest preferences and profiles Plan and coordinate bespoke guest activities and experiences Create meaningful and memorable moments for special occasions Anticipate guest needs and ensure exceptional satisfaction at all times Support food, beverage, wine, and wellness experiences aligned to guest expectations Gather and analyse guest feedback for continuous improvement Support leadership, training, and development of lodge teams Foster a collaborative, high-performance service culture General Responsibilities: Act as relief Front of House Manager when required Maintain flexibility in line with operational needs Contribute to a positive and professional working environment Support additional operational duties as required by management Uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality at all times Candidate Profile: Intuitive, proactive, and emotionally intelligent hospitality professional Passionate about curating meaningful guest journeys Calm under pressure with a strong service ethos Detail-driven and highly organised Committed to excellence in luxury safari hospitality Please note that only suitable candidates will be contacted.
