?? HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER VACANCY ALERT ?? ? Human Resources Manager ? Kruger National Park ? Luxury Safari Lodge (Live-in) ? Salary: Negotiable (DOE) ? Role Overview: A senior HR leadership role responsible for driving strategic human resources management, staff development, and organisational culture within a luxury safari lodge environment. This position focuses on training, compliance, performance management, and employee wellbeing. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Learning & Development Deliver and enhance the Lodge Training & Development Programme Collaborate with external training providers and facilitators Conduct skills gap analyses and contribute to long-term training strategy Plan, coordinate, and monitor annual training programmes within budget Develop internal learning resources and knowledge-sharing systems Coordinate in-person, online, and outsourced training initiatives ? Human Resource Management Manage full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, exits) Provide HR support and guidance to staff and management Ensure compliance with labour legislation and HR best practices Support line managers with policy implementation and staff development Oversee performance appraisals and maintain employee records Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture Support employee wellbeing initiatives with relevant stakeholders Liaise with external HR consultants and maintain HR documentation ? Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Skills Development, or related field Minimum 5 years HR management experience, ideally in hospitality or lodge operations Strong knowledge of HR legislation and employee relations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Strategic mindset with strong focus on staff development and performance management Ability to work in a remote luxury lodge environment ?
