Core criteria: Matric, and a relevant hospitality tertiary qualification Minimum of 3-5years of experience within a luxury 5* property in a similar role The ability to manage all aspects of lodge operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintenance Excellent financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and achieving profitability Excellent communication and leadership skills The ability to lead and mentor a team of staff Excellent hosting skills and the ability to interact with guests and stakeholders Conservation-oriented and a genuine love for the bush and nature Comfortable living in an off-grid and remote environment This is a live-in position.
