Job Description
- Oversee the overall performance and profitability of the dealership.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, policies, and operational requirements.
- Monitor dealership performance through KPI analysis and reporting.
- Drive new and used vehicle sales performance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Manage dealership budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Analyse financial reports and implement corrective actions where required.
- Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years’ automotive dealership management experience.
- Proven experience as a Dealer Principal, General Manager, or Senior Dealership Executive.
- Experience within premium automotive brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, Lexus, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, or similar will be considered.
- Strong understanding of dealership financial management and profitability.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Computer literate with experience using dealership management systems and manufacturer reporting platforms.
