Job Description

The client seeking a high-calibre Customer Liaison Coordinator to liaise between customers and internal operational functions. This is a pivotal role designed for a super-organised, professional, who will keep communication flowing between our internal technical resources and our clients.

This is a proactive, hands-on position for someone with an excellent ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will coordinate jobs between technical services and external clients, ensuring friendly, professional and decisive dealings.

Residing in the south of Johannesburg is ideal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Strength: Highly organised with the ability to maintain structure in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Technical Coordination: Understand basic technical functions and coordinate such jobs successfully, by liaising with the client and technical (internal) staff.

Key Requirements

  • Liaison Experience: Demonstrated success in a liaison role, preferably in a technical environment, e.g. follow up on client quotations and job cards, scheduling after-sales support activities.
  • Strong Administrative Skills: Proficient in the use of MS Office and a very strong ability to organise and structure work.
  • Professional Communication Experience: Ease of communication with internal and external parties, in both spoken and written format.
