Job Description

This is a part-time, performance-based role ideal for students or entry-level candidates looking for flexible hours and income linked directly to output. Youll work approximately 8 hours per week , with the option to work remotely , earning based on the number of client appointments successfully booked . If you can follow a script, speak confidently to people, and book appointments, youll earn. Simple. What this role offers ±8 hours per week only. Remote work possible . Performance-based earnings : Average performers earn around R5 000 per month . Strong performers can earn up to R10 000 per month . Clear, measurable KPIs (appointments booked). Ideal student job with flexible hours. Exposure to the property and home loan industry. What were looking for Student or junior candidate (sales, admin, finance, or property exposure is a plus). Confident on the phone. Able to follow instructions and booking scripts. Reliable and disciplined with time. Results-driven mindset. Professional when dealing with clients. No prior bond origination experience required. Training provided. Key responsibilities Contact potential clients telephonically. Qualify leads and book appointments with interested clients. Capture and update basic client information accurately. Follow up with clients to confirm appointments. Work within provided call lists and scripts. Basic admin and reporting. Support senior bond originators as required. How you get paid Earnings are directly linked to appointments booked . Simple structure: more appointments = more money . Consistent effort over limited hours can realistically generate R5 000R10 000 per month . – Must be under 25 – Must be able to travel to work maximime 4 times a week if need be. – Must have matric certificate – Must be fluent in English – Knowing Afrikaans and isiZulu will be advantageous. -Willing to start immediately -Prior call centre expirience a great advantage for this post.
