An established outpatient mental health practice is expanding and is seeking a registered psychologist who is looking for a long-term professional home, either in a full-time or part-time capacity. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys the freedom of private practice but would prefer not to manage the operational demands that come with running a practice independently. The successful applicant will have access to a well-developed client network, administrative infrastructure, and a professional environment designed to support sustainable clinical work. The Role You will provide psychological services to a diverse client population while developing a caseload aligned with your interests and areas of expertise. The position offers the flexibility to shape your own practice while benefiting from the stability and reputation of an established healthcare business. Candidate Profile We would like to connect with psychologists who: Are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), or are eligible for registration Have experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and adults Are comfortable working with relationship and family-related concerns Have exposure to child therapy (beneficial but not essential) Value ethical, evidence-informed clinical practice Enjoy working within a professional network while maintaining independence What the Practice Provides A Ready-Made Client Base Access to ongoing referrals from established professional networks. Operational Support Appointment scheduling, client liaison, billing administration, and practice coordination are managed for you. Strong Financial Potential Compensation is directly linked to clinical activity, with established practitioners typically generating between R90,000 and R130,000 monthly.
