Hire Resolves client in the PQS industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Montenegro.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting cost estimates and preparing budgets for construction projects
• Preparing tender documents and soliciting bids from contractors
• Analyzing and evaluating contractor proposals and negotiating contracts
• Managing project budgets and monitoring costs throughout the construction phase
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Managing change orders and variations to contract scope
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project success

Key Requirements:

• 4-5 years experience within a PQS Environment focusing on commercial building projects
• BSc. in Quantity Surveying
• Professional registration as a Pr.QS with the SACQSP
• Permanent role in Montenegro
