About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant/F&B Manager to join our 5* Luxury Game Lodge in the Garden Route, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional guest and staff service experiences while managing the F&B budget to achieve operational profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the team to deliver outstanding guest and staff service experiences and performance.
  • Managing the F&B budget and achieving operational profitability.
  • Ensuring that stock ordering, receiving, stock takes and requisitions procedures are strictly followed according to par levels and company standards for better accuracy.
  • Having a strong ability and willingness to train, mentor, develop and continually improve the service brigade.
  • Menu development experience is beneficial.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years Restaurant/Food & Beverage experience in a 4/5-star boutique lodge/restaurant/hotel environment.
  • Must be willing to live on a reserve.
