Hospitality and Outdoor New Vacancy Sustems and Support Administrator Luxury Lodge Group Greenpoint Western Cape We are currently seeking two experienced Systems / Support Administrators to join a dynamic hospitality head office team based in Green Point. This role is ideal for technically minded individuals who thrive in structured environments and have a strong understanding of hospitality systems, particularly Nebula and APEX. As a key member of the support team, you will take ownership of system administration tasks critical to the smooth operation of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining rate structures, monitoring system interfaces, and ensuring the accuracy and functionality of reservation systems. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving system-related issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. This is a hands-on role requiring a detail-oriented individual who can multitask across multiple system functions. You will collaborate with various departments to support system processes and ensure that all configurations are aligned with operational requirements. The ideal candidate is analytical, solutions-driven, and experienced in troubleshooting complex system challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy levels are essential.
