About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our top restaurant team in South Johannesburg. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless food service operations and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe execution
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Implement cost control measures to optimize kitchen performance
