Job Summary: To provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Marketing Manager, ensuring the effective coordination of departmental activities, communications, reporting, and records management. Minimum Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Sales Office Administration certification will be added an 1-2 Years experience in People Management Minimum work experience: Assist in coordinating doctor engagement initiatives and events. Maintain and update databases of doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals. Coordinate GP visits, presentations, and networking events. Assist with the preparation of engagement materials and communication campaigns. Assist with post-campaign evaluations and performance tracking. Monitor industry trends and provide regular updates to the marketing team. Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals. Track campaign performance metrics and prepare summary reports. Coordinate with media suppliers, designers, and agencies. Monitor advertising placements and campaign deadlines. Coordinate stakeholder meetings and follow-ups. Assist with project administration and implementation
