About the Role
The Financial Manager will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and execution of our FMCG business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of integrity and governance focus. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, advanced financial analysis skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead the development and maintenance of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies
- Manage financial reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Provide strategic guidance on financial matters to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (CA(SA), CPA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Minimum 5 years experience in CFO/FD role in FMCG or Manufacturing business with turnover R300m plus per annum
- Proven history in financial strategy, planning, and execution
