Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities and grow the electric fencing client base.- Conduct site visits and assess client security requirements.- Prepare and present professional quotations and proposals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and agricultural clients.- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.- Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure seamless project implementation.- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.Minimum Requirements:- Previous sales experience (security industry experience will be advantageous).- Knowledge of electric fencing systems and perimeter security solutions.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and email correspondence).- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.- Fluent in English & Afrikaans.What We Offer:- Competitive basic salary plus commission structure.- Opportunity to work with a trusted and established security company.- Supportive team environment.- Career growth and development opportunities.
