Job Description
- You will have Matric, coupled with a Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping, and 3–5 years’ experience in a financial administration role, preferably within the export or agricultural sector.
- You will have proven experience in processing producer pricing, managing weekly payment cycles, and verifying invoices against purchase orders, with a strong focus on accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
- You will be responsible for processing and reconciling producer transactions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and audit-ready.
- You will also compile and distribute remittances, support monthly reporting, and ensure adherence to internal financial controls and approval processes.
- Strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and effective communication skills are essential.
- A valid driver’s licence, own transport, and a clear criminal and credit record are required.
