About the Role
We are seeking a professional and experienced All-Round Spa Therapist to join our team at Dolphin Bay Boutique Hotel. As an integral part of our spa team, you will be passionate about wellness, client care, and delivering high-quality spa treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of basic spa treatments, including:
- Swedish and relaxation massages
- Facials
- Manicures and pedicures (inc express)
- Body scrubs and wraps
- Basic waxing
- Provide exceptional customer service and client care to all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Promote and recommend spa retail products and treatments.
- Ensure all treatments are delivered according to spa standards and protocols.
Requirements
- Qualified Spa / Beauty Therapy Certificate or Diploma
- Minimum 2–3 years spa experience
