About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic management couple to join our team at Craven Cottage CC in Swellendam, offering a unique opportunity for two individuals to work together and share their expertise. As a management couple, you will be responsible for leading our team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality guest services and ensure seamless operations of the property
- Lead and manage the team effectively, promoting a positive work environment
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties
- Own transport
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Strong team management and time management skills
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to think on their feet
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills
Qualifications
- FGASA Level 1 Marine (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment)
- First Aid Level 1
- Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
- Excellent hosting skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic HR knowledge
- Valid PDP
Salary & Benefits

- Work cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- 21 days annual leave
