About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our fast-paced courier company based in Vereeniging. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, upselling services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone with field sales experience who is now looking to grow in an office-based telesales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote courier services to new and existing clients.
- Identify and qualify leads, convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries professionally.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and service renewals.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12) NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Minimum 23 years of experience in sales or customer service (courier/logistics industry an advantage)
- Experience in field sales or external client visits is advantageous
- Strong telephone etiquette, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent command of English and other local languages
- Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Valid drivers license and own transport
