Victoria West: TRUCK SALES REPRESENTATIVE (MOBILE SALES – FRUIT & VEG / FMCG)

About the Role

As a Truck Sales Representative in our Victoria West branch, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct customer engagement and relationship-building. You will work closely with existing clients to develop new business opportunities while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver products directly to customers using a company truck
• Service existing clients and develop new customers along assigned routes
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Ensure accurate order taking, invoicing, and delivery
• Collect payments and ensure proper reconciliation
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and service standards
• Ensure proper stock handling and vehicle care

Requirements

• Minimum 23 years experience in sales (FMCG / fresh produce is an advantage)
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Honest, reliable and trustworthy
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Physically fit and willing to work in a field-based role
