- Relevant experience within export documentation or international trade
- Strong knowledge of export processes, Incoterms, and customs regulations
- Fully computer literate (Excel, email, documentation platforms)
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Professional communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with HS codes and tariff classifications (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process all export documents accurately and within deadlines
- Ensure documentation complies with international regulations and client requirements
- Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs officials
- Track shipments, manage documentation timelines, and ensure timely releases
- Maintain updated filing systems for all export-related documents
- Assist with shipment bookings and data entry for product details
- Support clients by responding to documentation queries and requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to align documentation with shipment schedules
- Identify and resolve document errors or compliance issues proactively
