Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the electrical engineering team, providing mentorship and direction.
- Formulate electrical engineering strategies aligning with organizational objectives.
- Design and assess electrical systems for solar and renewable energy ventures.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate across teams to seamlessly integrate electrical systems with project components.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations of electrical systems.
- Offer technical guidance throughout project implementation and operation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in solar and renewable energy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc. or BEng.) in Electrical Engineering.
- Registered member of Professional Engineers.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on solar and renewable energy.
- Profound understanding of electrical systems design, deployment, and operation.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and simulation programs.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing solar and renewable energy projects.
- Strong leadership and management acumen.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for sustainable energy and a commitment to driving positive change.
