About the Role
The Lead Generator role at Manpower Group involves driving business growth through lead generation, sales, and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will play a critical part in identifying and securing new clients for our training services, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with all training courses and services offered by the business
- Maintain awareness of industry developments, including SETA, SAQA, and B-BBEE regulations
- Identify and research prospective clients through online platforms, databases, and market research
- Conduct cold calling, telephone canvassing, and outbound prospecting activities
- Schedule appointments and meetings with Training Managers, Financial Executives, HR Managers, and B-BBEE consultants
- Secure a minimum of 20 qualified meetings per week with decision-makers
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and progress reports
- Escalate client queries, concerns, or incidents to management when required
- Attend branch sales and marketing meetings
- Promote the company’s services professionally and positively at all times
- Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and Quality Management System (QMS)
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, telesales, or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent online research and prospecting skills
- Ability to secure high-level business appointments
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications are required for this role. However, relevant qualifications such as a Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration may be advantageous.
