About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Global Consulting, a leading Human Resources company in South Africa. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Perform various reception duties as required
Requirements
- High school certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Previous experience in a reception or administration role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
