About the Role
M3 Human Capital Management is seeking a detail-oriented Debtors & Admin Clerk to join our client’s team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be organised, accurate, and comfortable working with financial information, customer accounts, and administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and timeously
- Monitor debtor accounts and maintain updated ageing reports
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support credit control processes
- Allocate incoming payments correctly
- Perform debtor reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies
- Liaise with customers regarding statements, invoices, and payment queries
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Assist with general finance administration and filing
- Ensure all documentation is captured, processed, and stored correctly
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) will be advantageous

- Valid drivers license and reliable transport
