About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team at Communicate Finance in Cape Town, South Africa. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing visually engaging materials for marketing campaigns and promotions, designing assets for both print and digital channels, and supporting brand consistency across all design outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing visually engaging materials for marketing campaigns and promotions

- Producing in-store and point-of-sale visuals
- Supporting brand consistency across all design outputs
- Creating graphics for websites and social media platforms
- Laying out internal communications such as newsletters and presentations
- Preparing artwork for print and ensuring production-ready files
- Contributing ideas during campaign planning and creative discussions
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in a design role within a consumer-focused or agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand-led creative work
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to handle both digital and print production
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Graphic Design or related field
