About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Nurture Worcester, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assess patients’ functional needs, design evidence-based treatment plans, and guide them toward greater independence in everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess each patient’s functional needs
- Design evidence-based treatment plans
- Guide patients toward greater independence in everyday activities
- Contribute to an interdisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality, measurable outcomes for patients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy with community-service year completed
- Registered with the HPCSA as an independent practitioner and covered by malpractice insurance
- CPD portfolio up to date in line with HPCSA standards
- Bobath / Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) training an advantage
- Basic or intermediate wheelchair assessment/prescription skills beneficial
- FCE training beneficial
- Driving assessment training beneficial

- Formal education/certifications: Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
