About the Role

The Engineering Services Supervisor will lead the Engineering team in the Maintenance function, overseeing general mine-wide infrastructure and associated equipment, trackless mobile machinery, dewatering pumps, and lighting plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply full spectrum maintenance planning and execution to achieve required equipment and infrastructure availability and functionality at zero harm.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers and technicians in the Engineering Services Section.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain trackless mobile machinery, lighting plants, and trailers.

Requirements

  • Grade 12/N3 qualification
  • Relevant recognized Trade Qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Electrician or Fitter
