About the Role
Our client has an EE opportunity available for a Section Supervisor based in Durban. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the achievement of operations targets and standards and assist management with improvements in work procedures and systems.
- Monitor safety, health and environmental practices against company standards and ensure that variances are satisfactorily accounted for and dealt with.
- Ensure correct equipment, materials, and personnel are used to achieve maximum daily operational targets.
- Effectively execute management skills with regards to planning, organizing, leading and controlling teams to achieve optimum results
- Will be responsible for supervising one of the Operations Sections.
Requirements
- Matric
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- National diploma in Management, Operations or a 3-year Technical related qualification.
